INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

 
(We ship your order abroad with the shipping costs indicated at the purchase, which may differ from region to region.)

 Products are delivered abroad with shipping costs varying regionally based on your shipping address, except for special discounted periods. We continuously inform you about your order or pre-order and delivery process in automatic e-mail updates and through our customer service. In case of unsuccessful delivery - in some countries - the packages will be sent to the dispatch point, in which case the courier company will notify you.

In the case of delivery to countries outside the European Union, please note that the product may be subject to customs duties. For orders below 150 EUR - in the case of packages sent by Magyar Posta - this is free of charge, but above that, the rate of duty may be different. The customer will bear any duty on the parcel. 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

  1. General order: Your order's shipping and delivery are between 3-10 working days, depending on your shipping address.
  2. Pre-orders: As you may know, at DAIGE, we avoid unnecessary stockpiling. Pre-ordered garments are made to order and may take a little longer to ship. Depending on your shipping address, the expected shipping is between 7-21 working days. 

 

RECEIVING YOUR INVOICE

Once your order is processed (within 1-2 working days), your invoice will be issued by Billingo and sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. 

Orders are processed on workdays, between 9 am and 5 pm. Of course, an order may be placed outside these hours through our webshop, in which case our team will process the order within the following two workdays. 

Our supply changes rapidly, and it may occur that a product indicated as available on the webshop is no longer in stock. Should this happen, you will be notified by customer service via email to discuss modifying your order and details of your refund.

RETURNING ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE

We trust that you will like your order, but you can change your mind and return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. 

The return period of 14 days begins when your order is delivered.

Returns can be made by post, courier service, or in person, but in every case, products must be returned to the following address:

If you return your order to any other address, we cannot guarantee an exchange or refund.

Following a return, you may choose from the below options:

  • we are happy to replace the product with a different size or another product while stocks last 
  • we can put the value of the product on a voucher or gift card, which you can redeem online at any time in the future, or you can even pass it on to anyone you want (to redeem the voucher, you will need to type in your code at checkout)
  • or you can request a refund for the purchase, which we will fulfil via Paypal or bank transfer and send you a cancellation invoice related to the refund.

In the event of a defective or damaged product, the cost of return will be reimbursed together with the product's price; however, if the return is for any other reason, the shipping fee will not be covered by DAIGE and will be borne by the customer.

 

EXCHANGING ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE

You can exchange your item for a different size (or even a different product while stock lasts) within 14 days from receipt. For items bought online, the cost of return and shipping cost of the new item are borne by the customer. For the new item sent to you, the current shipping rate in force will apply, for which you will receive an invoice.

If the value of your order exceeds 200 EUR, we will ship your replacement item for free; only the cost of return and other costs such as duties/customs will be charged to you.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY WITHIN HUNGARY
 
We continuously inform you about the status of your order in automatic email updates and through our customer service. In case of home delivery, you will need to provide your address, name, mobile number, and email address. If you are not purchasing as an individual, the company name, billing address, or shipping address should also be provided if it is not the same as the billing address.

WAYS OF GETTING YOUR ORDER

You can choose from the delivery methods below:

  • Store pick up

 In-person pick up is possible in the Repertory concept store in Buda. Payment for your order is not made in-store, and you should order through a webshop and pay with a bank card or bank transfer. Once your order is processed, you can pick up your products at Repertory. You will be notified via email once your order is ready.

  • Home delivery

Parcels are delivered between 8 am and 6 pm by a courier company. Please keep in mind that we cannot tell you in advance when the courier gets to your shipping address as this is the service provider's responsibility. If neither you nor a family member or friend is at the location between 8-6, give a shipping address where you can receive the package at that period, such as a workplace. In case of unsuccessful delivery, you may not be receiving the package the next working day but rather at a time discussed by you and the courier. 

Within Hungary, home delivery is free for orders above 40 000 HUF. For orders below 40 000 HUF, a shipping fee of 1500 HUF applies.

REFUND: If the product has been returned to us and you have opted for a refund, we will refund you within 15 days.
