Shipping & return


Orders are processed on workdays, between 9 AM and 5 PM (excluding national holidays). Orders placed outside these hours will be processed within the following two workdays. During collection launches and promotions your orders might experience some slight delays.

Please note that our supply changes rapidly and it may occur that an item indicated as available on the webshop is no longer in stock. Should this happen, you will be notified by customer service via email to discuss modifying your order and details of your refund.


Items listed as pre-order take longer to ship. Please expect delivery within the delivery date window stated on the product description. 


You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is dispatched. Delivery takes between 3-10 working days, depending on your shipping address. 

International shipping rates vary by country. For orders above 300 EUR international shipping is free. Outside the EU orders may be subject to customs duties. The customer is responsible for all additional tax and duties upon delivery. For orders below 150 EUR - in the case of packages sent by Magyar Posta - this is free of charge, but above that, the rate of duty may be different. 

We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.  


You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order is dispatched. Delivery takes between 3-7 working days, depending on your shipping address. 

For domestic orders you can choose between

  • home delivery by GLS (6,9 EUR)
  • delivery to a Foxpost pick-up point or locker (4,9 EUR).

Within Hungary, home delivery is free for orders above 180 EUR. 

We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.  


Changed your mind? You can return your items bought online within 14 days of delivery date.

All returns must be shipped to:

If you return your order to any other address, we cannot guarantee an exchange or refund. 

Please make sure to return the items in their original packaging, in unused condition and with tags. 

If you received a defective or damaged product, the cost of return will be reimbursed together with the product's price. However, if the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for any return costs. In any case, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. 

Once we've received your order, your refund will be processed within 15 business days. You will be notified by email. 


Exchanges are processed upon receipt of returned item(s). Following a return, you may choose from the below options:

  • we are happy to replace the item within 14 days with a different size or another item based on stock availability or
  • we can put the value of the item on a gift card which can redeemed online at any time in the future. 

If the value of your new order exceeds 200 EUR we will ship your replacement item for free. Only the cost of return and other costs such as duties/customs will be charged to you. Reach us at to arrange the exchange.
